Gosh, this all started with just one question. Who among the interviewed candidates will be named the next football coach at PV? I thought that was the purpose of bringing Turner into the mix, but could be wrong.

I hate to be the one to say this because I have the utmost respect for the Turner name, there is no guarantee that Travis Turner will be as good as Tom was. I also don't think Powell Valley would be a good place for someone's first head coaching job, especially when Mark Palmer, a successful, experienced, knowledgable and well prepared coach is up for the job. Just my opinion, as everyone seems to like to remind everyone else on here that we all have them and are entitled to them.![]()
